A steadily increasing presenting problem in holistic healthcare is the phenomenon of overwhelm. The state of overwhelm is pervasive and can influence development of significantly problematic physical and psychological functioning. People who are overwhelmed experience a sense of fatigue, forgetfulness, brain fog, anxiety, panic and depression.
Green roofs, also called "living roofs" are not a new idea but they are certainly gaining in popularity and so are their indoor counter parts, the "living wall"!

In the USA there are university departments, noetic science based organizations, afterlife validation research groups and quite a few listgroups that do testing and certification. There is nothing currently available in Canada. The criteria to test mediums is strict and rated on the afore mentioned prerequisites; name, event, bond and how the person died. Psychics must receive identifiable testimony from the sitters. The evaluation is free but affiliation with some of the more recognized groups, may have a pricey membership.
Very few contenders pass.
The moon cycles give us an opportunity to cleanse and refresh and RENEW ourselves regularly.
Each New moon allows us to ASK for new opportunities to be brought into our Life path. These new opportunities can be found in our career, relationships, financial situation, a new home or even a larger social circle
The body is plastic, resilient and miraculous in its ability to recover, restore and heal, but one thing it cannot do is lie.

I believe that we are spiritual essence in a physical body.
Words do not do it justice when explaining what this spiritual essence is made of - the closest word that we have to describe it... is energy.
